739.13 HEARING ON REVOCATION, SUSPENSION OR REFUSAL OF RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (a)    A person aggrieved by an order of the Board, revoking, suspending, or refusing to renew a license for a proposed or existing business or activity, subject to the provisions of this chapter, may appeal such order in the manner provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
   The Director of Law shall furnish such assistance and advice to the Board as the Board shall request.
   (b)    If a license is revoked or suspended, or a renewal is refused, the Board shall cause written notification of such revocation, suspension, or refusal of renewal to be given to the applicant by mail at the address stated in the application, and such written notification shall include the basis for such revocation, suspension, or refusal. An applicant receiving such notification may request a hearing, in writing, before the Board. A hearing requested under this section shall be held within seven days of receiving the request. No hearing shall be necessary if the application is denied pursuant to Section 739.07(d) of this chapter.
   (c)    A person or organization entitled to a hearing under subsection (a) hereof may appear on their own behalf or through an attorney.
