739.09 LICENSE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

No license issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned to or used by any person other than the one to whom it was issued, and no junk dealer's or scrap processor's license shall be used at any location other than the one described in the application upon which it was issued.
