The annual fee to be paid for any license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) in the case of junk dealers or scrap processors, and five dollars ($5.00) in the case of itinerant junk dealers. The license holder shall pay the annual fee on or before the first day of June each year. Failure to pay the fee shall be grounds for revocation of the license as provided in Section 739.12.
