No person, firm, association or corporation shall operate, conduct or maintain a golf driving range or miniature golf course by being open for business later than 12:00 midnight on Sunday through Thursday of each week or later than 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. No such golf driving range or miniature golf course shall reopen for business before 6:00 a.m. on any morning.
