A violation of any provision of this chapter of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each sale in violation of any provision of this chapter and each day of operation without a license or in which a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day's continued violation or operation without a license shall constitute a separate offense.
