715.05 GAMBLING PROHIBITED.

No person managing, maintaining, operating or assisting in the operation of any billiard or pool room or bowling alley shall permit any person to wager or bet upon the result of any game or gamble in any manner whatever within such place. No person shall wager, bet or gamble in any such place.
