The Finance Director shall, on the filing of such application and the payment of the license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for the first billiard or pool table or bowling alley to be maintained and, in addition, one dollar ($1.00) apiece for such billiard or pool tables or bowling alleys after the first, issue a license to such applicant, which license shall be good for one year after its issuance. Such license shall be kept conspicuously posted in the room or place for which it is issued.
