702.11 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Safety, or his designate, may make and enforce such rules and regulations as deemed necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and grant limited or temporary waiver or immunity from such rules and regulations for unusual conditions (Ord. 1995-96. Passed 6-6-95.)
