545.21 UNAUTHORIZED ATTEMPTED ENTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT, TRAILERS OR AIRCRAFT.

(a) No person shall enter or attempt to enter a motor vehicle, watercraft, trailer or aircraft of another with purpose to commit therein any theft offense as defined in Ohio R.C. 2913.01.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of unauthorized entry, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
