Ordinances effecting the plan for participation in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS), employee contributions, updated service credits, increases in benefits and retirement annuities, and any other applicable legislation of the city and state are adopted by reference into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein and shall be kept on file in the office of the City Secretary.
