§ 54.03 UNACCOUNTED FOR WATER USE.
   The city shall conduct water loss audits in accordance with the Texas Water Development Board rules (Tex. Admin. Code, Title 31, Ch. 358). Periodic visual inspections along the distribution lines will be completed. An audit of the water system to determine illegal connections, use of forms and accounting for loss due to flushing and fire fighting will be completed annually.
