(A) Water rates.
(1) In-city residential water rates. There shall be charged and collected by the city from all in-city residential consumers of water service per connection or tap, a monthly usage fee as follows:

25,000 gallons and greater | $6.45 per thousand gallons, plus minimum $21.25 |
(2) In-city commercial water rates. There shall be charged and collected by the city from all in-city commercial consumers of water service per connection or tap, a monthly usage fee as follows:

(3) Out-of-city residential water rates. There shall be charged and collected by the city from all out-of-city residential consumers of water service per connection or tap, a monthly usage fee as follows:

(4) Out-of-city commercial water rates. There shall be charged and collected by the city from all out-of-city commercial customers of water service per connection or tap, a monthly usage fee as follows:

(B) Sewer rates. There shall be charged and collected by the city from all in-city and out-of- city residential and commercial sewer service per connection or tap, a monthly usage fee as follows.
