§ 51.04 WATER AND SEWER RECONNECT FEES.

   (A)   The City Council does hereby establish the following utility reconnect fee and deposit schedule on residential and commercial water and sewer service and Utility Department service charges:

      (1)   Residential service:

         (a)   Deposit: $65; and

         (b)   Service charge: $10.

      (2)   Commercial service:

         (a)   Deposit: $90; and

         (b)   Service charge: $10.

      (3)   Reconnect fee (residential or commercial): $20.

   (B)   This section shall be effective as of 10-1-2001.
