The following monthly rates shall be charged by the city to its in-city and out-of-city residential and commercial customers as a pass through assessment currently paid by city to the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District for its water use fee of $0.075 per 1,000 gallons of water consumed for residential customers and $0.075 per 1,000 gallons of water consumed for commercial customers.
