§ 110.21 SOBP DISPLAYED.
   (A)   The SOBP for a Class I enterprise shall be displayed at all times in an open and conspicuous place in the enterprise for which it was issued.
   (B)   The SOBP for a Class II enterprise shall be available at any premises where the individual is conducting business. In addition, the individual shall obtain an identification card. This identification card must be available for inspection at all times.
