§ 110.05 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The regulations enacted by this chapter are adopted pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code, Ch. 243.
   (B)   As provided by Tex. Loc. Gov't Code, § 243.010, a person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this chapter. Any such offense is a Class A misdemeanor.
