§ 95.07 MUTUAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
   The parties on behalf of themselves, their successors, and assigns ("successors") hereby fully release and discharge each other and their successors from all rights, claims and actions arising out of prior agreement or ordinance pertaining to the use and occupancy of the public rights-of-way.
