The initial term shall be ten years from the effective date provided in § 95.12. At the expiration of the initial term, or any renewal term, this chapter shall be automatically extended by successive ten-year periods, unless written notice of an intent to terminate is given not less than 120 days prior to termination of the then current term by one party to the other. Upon that notice, the contract shall terminate at the expiration date of the current term.
