The city is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced property placed in or on its park or park facilities. Users of parks or park facilities shall release and discharge the city from any and all liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may be sustained arising out of the use or occupancy of a park or park facility.
