§ 93.11 CONDUCT OF AMUSEMENT FOR GAIN.
   No amusement for gain, or for which a charge is made, can be conducted in a park or playground without the consent of the City Council, and the amusement must be conducted in accordance with any ordinance pertaining thereto.
