(A) All rules and regulations concerning the operation and use of the parks shall be enforced by the Police Department.
(B) The Police Department shall have the authority to eject from a city park any person violating this chapter and ban, in writing, his or her return for up to 30 days through use of a criminal trespass warning.
(C) Any person shall have the right to appeal to the City Manager his or her ban from a city park by the Police Department by filing written notice of appeal to the City Secretary within five days of the date of written notice of the ban by the Police Department. Upon the filing of a written appeal, the City Manager shall conduct a hearing on the appeal within five business days or the ban will be abated until the City Manager makes a ruling.
