§ 70.01 PURPOSE.

(A) It is the purpose of this subchapter to implement a photographic traffic signal enforcement system program in order to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the city by reducing the hazards of running red lights.

(B) This subchapter shall apply within the corporate boundaries of the City of Willis.
