(A) Each permit holder of a tow truck shall keep tow slips issued by city for one year from the date of the latest transaction.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any permit holder of a tow truck to fail to keep the records as herein provided, or to fail to produce any of these records for inspection and copying upon request of the Police Chief or his or her authorized agent or representative.
