§ 115.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any part of this chapter or failing to observe any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500. Every day the violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense.
