No person shall conduct a garage sale within the City of Willis without first filing with the City's Community Development department a permit application prescribed by the Community Development department. The permit which shall be prominently displayed on the premises shall contain the name of the person who will conduct the sale, the address at which the sale will be held, the items proposed to be sold and the dates on which the sale will be held.
