§ 97.01 GENERAL PROHIBITIONS; VIOLATIONS.
   Except as otherwise allowed by this chapter, no person shall burn or authorize the burning of any rubbish, trash, waste, leaves, weeds, grass, lumber or any other combustible materials in the city.
