(A) All septage discharges shall comply with this chapter.
(B) Additional prohibition and volume restrictions may be imposed by the city via the wastewater discharge permit.
(C) Septic tank wastes from septic tanks receiving industrial process wastewater are prohibited.
(D) All waste loads transported to the city septage discharge facility must comply with all state and Federal transportation rules and reporting requirements.
