§ 52.04 AUTOMATIC DISHWASHER DISCHARGES.

Automatic dishwashers shall not discharge directly to a grease interceptor unless the interceptor is designed to accept hot water discharges from dishwashers and the interceptor is properly sized to allow sufficient detention time to allow cooling to prevent interference of the interceptor operation.
