§ 52.02 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   No user shall discharge to the sanitary sewer fats, greases, and oils from the following sources:
   (A)   Waste cooking oils and greases from deep fat fryers;
   (B)   Excess cooking oils and greases from pots, pans, or other cooking devices that is collectable before dishwashing;
   (C)   Floating grease collected in a grease trap;
   (D)   Used automotive oils and petroleum oils, greases, and fluids;
   (E)   Sludge generated in the collection and treatment of wastewater treated by an interceptor or other pretreatment device;
   (F)   Petroleum distillates or dry cleaning solvents and/or sludge; and/or
   (G)   Wastes from any mobile tank truck except as permitted under a wastewater discharge permit at a controlled site designated by the city.
