(A) The Design Manual of the City of Willis, Texas for the Installation of Network Nodes and Node Support Poles (“Design Manual”) is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out in full herein. A copy of the Design Manual is attached to Ord. 17-0822B as Exhibit A and is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
(B) The pole attachment agreement of the city is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out in full herein. A copy of the pole attachment agreement is attached to Ord. 17-0822B as Exhibit B and is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
