§ 95.30 TIME OF INSTALLATION.
   A network provider shall begin installation for which a permit is granted not later than six months after final approval of the application and shall diligently pursue installation to completion. The City Manager may in his or her sole discretion grant reasonable extensions of time as requested by the network provider.
