(A) Any permit holder aggrieved by a decision of the Police Chief may appeal to the City Council. Notice of appeal shall be in writing and filed within ten calendar days of the decision of the Police Chief. Such appeals shall be determined by the City Council after a hearing for which the permit holder has had reasonable notice.
(B) The City Council shall render a written decision within 30 days of an appeal.
