§ 37.01 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR.
   There is hereby created the position of Emergency Management Coordinator who shall advise the Mayor and City Manager concerning the establishment and administration of an emergency management plan for the protection of persons and property before, during, and after a disaster. The Police Chief shall serve as the Emergency Management Coordinator.
