§ 1725.04 ATTACHING TRAILER TO GROUND.

Any action towards the removal of wheels, except for temporary purposes of repair, or other action to attach the trailer to the ground by means of posts, piers, foundations or skirting, shall subject the trailer to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance as well as this article.
