No person shall park a trailer coach at the transient trailer camp and occupy or permit the same to be occupied longer than 24 hours. In case any person desires to park at the transient trailer camp for a period of time in excess of 24 hours, he shall first apply for and obtain a permit from the Police Bureau expressly permitting such 48-hour additional parking or occupancy. The permit mentioned in this section shall not be renewable.
