§ 913.04 OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS; MAINTENANCE.

Any improvements heretofore made by the Original Little League Inc., and any improvements which are made in the future by the Original Little League Inc., shall remain the property of the Original Little League Inc., and the Original Little League Inc., shall have the right to remove any or all of the improvements; provided that, such removal can be and is effected without damage to the property. The Original Little League Inc. shall maintain the area described in § 913.01.
