§ 50.03 CITY RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   It shall be the sole responsibility of the city’s Sanitation Department to collect and convey solid waste through the streets or alleys of the city for a fee.
   (B)   The city shall provide containers approved by the Sanitation Superintendent to occupants for the placement of their solid waste.
   (C)   The city-owned containers shall be distributed and positioned as scheduled by the Sanitation Superintendent.
