§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or business found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 112.02 through 112.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day that the violation continues shall be a separate offense. Conviction for a first offense under this division (B) shall have a minimum fine of $1,000. Conviction for a second offense under this division (B) shall have a minimum fine of $2,000. Conviction for a third offense under this division (B) shall have a minimum fine of $2,500 and shall result in a suspension of the operator’s business license for a period of three months. All fines shall be paid within 24 hours. If the fine is not paid within 24 hours, a warrant will be issued for the operator’s arrest.
