(A) A register shall be maintained at every establishment subject to this subchapter and each guest shall be required to register his or her name and home address. The date of arrival and departure shall be clearly indicated and the register shall be maintained for a period of at least one year following registration.
(B) The register shall be open for inspection to any authorized person.
