Editor's note(s)—Ord. NS324, § 1, adopted June 2, 2016, repealed former ch. 2.04, §§ 2.04.010—2.04.070, which pertained to the public library advisory committee, and derived from Ord. NS283, § 2(2-4-1—2-4-7), adopted in 2008. Subsequently, Ord. No. NS346 , § 1, adopted Sept. 16, 2021, enacted a new ch. 2.04 to read as herein set out.
