Editor's note(s)-Section 3 of Ord. NS218, adopted April 27, 1999, repealed the former tit. 6, chs. 6.04-6.20, §§ 6.04.010-6.04.050, 6.08.010-6.08.100, 6.12.010-6.12.060, 6.16.010-6.16.070, 6.20.010, 6.20.020, and enacted a new tit. 6, as set out herein. The former tit. 6 pertained to animals, and derived from the 1981 codification; Ord. NS115, adopted Jan. 8, 1985; Ord. NS210, adopted Feb. 10, 1998; prior code §§ 8.12.010, 8.12.020.
Subsequently, Ord. NS301, § 2, adopted Nov. 15, 2010, enacted new provisions as herein setout.
