§ 154.467 PLAT COMMITTEE.

(A) The Plat Committee of the County Board reviews and recommends major waivers or modifications and appeals of administrative decisions. See §§ 154.435 through 154.437 and 54.450 through 154.454.

(B) The Plat Committee has final decision-making authority on preliminary plats, final plats and vacations. See §§ 154.350 through 154.361, 154.395 through 154.404 and 154.415 through 154.421, respectively.
