§ 154.453 PLAT COMMITTEE REVIEW.
   The Plat Committee must review the appeal and recommend that the Chief Subdivision Engineer’s decision be upheld or overturned, based on whether the decision is supported by the facts in evidence and the provisions of this chapter.
