(A) As soon as possible after receiving the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Plat Committee must act by simple majority vote to approve the preliminary plat, approve the preliminary plat with conditions or disapprove the preliminary plat, based on the approval criteria of § 154.358.
(B) Any waivers or modifications from chapter standards or the Water Resource Ordinances for the unincorporated county must be forwarded to the full County Board for a final decision, in which case the Plat Committee’s approval of a preliminary plat is conditional on the County Board’s approval of the associated requests.
