Within 90 days of receipt of an official preliminary plat application, the Chief Subdivision Engineer and staff must complete their review and prepare a report and recommendation for the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Plat Committee. The Chief Subdivision Engineer must recommend that the preliminary plat be approved, approved with conditions or disapproved, based on the approval criteria of § 154.358.
