§ 33.007 CLASSIFICATION OF RANKS.

   The ranks in the County Police Department shall be as follows:

   (A)   Undersheriff;

   (B)   Lieutenant;

   (C)   (1)   Sergeant; and

      (2)   Investigator.

   (D)   Patrol officer; and

   (E)   Probationary patrol officer.
