(A) Sidewalks or multi-purpose trails are required in all nonresidential subdivisions and in all residential subdivisions that have an average lot width of less than 120 feet.
(B) The requirement to provide sidewalks may be satisfied by:
(1) Installing concrete sidewalks one foot off the front property line on both sides of subdivision streets; or
(2) If approved by the Plat Committee, by installing a pedestrian/multi-use trail within a greenway that provides direct access to abutting lots.
