§ 154.144 STREETLIGHTS; WHERE REQUIRED.
   (A)   Streetlights must be installed at all intersections and at closer intervals if the gross density of the subdivision is three dwelling units per acre or more.
   (B)   Streetlights must be of a type, style and spacing as required by the applicable road authority.
   (C)   The subdivider must arrange for and pay all installation costs required for erection of required streetlights.
