Street signs, identifying the street names shown on the approved final plat, must be provided at all intersections and as otherwise required by the applicable highway authority. Street signs must be installed in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, published by the United States Department of Transportation (Federal Highway Administration). Street signs must be of a type approved by the applicable road authority and must be installed at the northeast corner of each intersection.
