§ 154.102 OUTLOTS.
   (A)   Any outlots intended for conveyance to a property owners association or others must be included in the subdivision and be numbered consecutively.
   (B)   The subdivision plat and supporting documentation must designate the intended use and ownership, as well as maintenance responsibilities for the outlot.
